Did your games disappear as well?
I restarted and rebooted the EA Desktop app, and my games have vanished! Going into my account, it does show I purchased them.
However, inside the app itself, it prompts me to buy these games if I want to play them. I was on last night and everything was fine. Now they're all gone: The Sims 3, The Sims 4 and all the expansion packs I've bought.
Any other way to fix this besides restarting and rebooting?
I am on a PC running the newest version of Windows
@mark333000 Are you running the BETA version of the EA app? If so uninstall and download a fresh EA app installer. It seems to be ok now and I haven't noticed any issues in the last 3 weeks. A couple of days ago I think there was a slower then normal response from the EA server but it did work so I didn't think anything of it but right now the EA app is working and The Sims 4 is running.
