Did your games disappear as well?

I restarted and rebooted the EA Desktop app, and my games have vanished!  Going into my account, it does show I purchased them. However, inside the app itself, it prompts me to buy these games if I ...

    @mark333000  Are you running the BETA version of the EA app? If so uninstall and download a fresh EA app installer. It seems to be ok now and I haven't noticed any issues in the last 3 weeks. A couple of days ago I think there was a slower then normal response from the EA server but it did work so I didn't think anything of it but right now the EA app is working and The Sims 4 is running.
