Digital Deluxe Version not showing
After purchasing the digital deluxe version way back on 28/02/21 it worked fine with no issues.. Since installing the new EA App my game has reverted back to the standard edition. I have phoned EA help twice with the same problem and no one knows why this has happened? I have the code from the purchase and an email receipt. Does anyone here have any idea what has caused this?
I tried clearing cache files - uninstalling & reinstalling the app - updating all drivers on my pc still no improvement ☹️

It sounds like you may need to have the Deluxe version re-added to your account so you can access that again- this isn't something we can do for you here on AHQ as we don't have access to your account details, so we will need the live support team to look this over with you.
