downloaded game and packs will not run to play
I recently downloaded the game and all expansion packs I own, every time I go to play it loads to a blank white screen. I have no mods, and plenty of storage. My wifi is weak in the area where computer is but I have the ext in the same room and running on either helps none.pop up telling me a build item has been removed because I don't own it
I opened my game for the first time in a while and got this pop up message, telling me one build item has been removed because I don't own it? I have no idea what item it's referring to, or how I could suddenly not own something on the same account that I've been using for years Anyone know how to fix this?
WASD and arrow keys not working for navigation
Since the Update that i installed a few days ago, the WASD and Arrow keys wont work for the navigation of the camera. i have tried reparing the game, i have tried redownloading it, i have tried resetting the settings, but neither the sims 4 cam nor the sims 3 cam seem to work with WASD or the Arrow keys, even tho things like pressing T for Top-down-View and G for enableing or disabling the grid still work just fine. Navigation with mouse also works fine but especially in build mode its a hassle. I also dont have any mods installed. Does anyone have an idea? (I have recently purchased the Lovestruck bundle, the Kitchen clutter, sleek bathroom and country kitchen)Add-ons are visible in EA app but not in Steam
I downloaded Sims 4 on Steam because I've had issues with using the EA App before, but my add-ons don't show up there. I downloaded the EA App and the add-ons are there, but if I try to download them it makes me download the whole game again, which takes too much storage. My Steam and EA accounts are linked, and some free add-on stuff is visible on both Steam and the EA app, just not the paid add-ons. Is there a way I can download the add-ons by themselves?Unable to Start: The game Has run out of memory windows 11
Just installed Sims 4 for the first time today and I have a decent computer with enough RAM to load the game, it can run fortnite / gta and other demanding games comfortably but Sims 4 will not download. I've reinstalled it, updated drivers, reinstalled on other platforms and it still loads this error everytime. I've attached my DxDiag for relevancy, can anyone help?
Can I add Sims 4 packs from Steam to my EA App/game?
I originally purchased TS4 through what was Origin at the time, along with many packs over the years. These are all now in the EA app. I recently purchased the Sims 1 and 2 bundle through Steam as I had a giftcard balance. This bundle included those two kits for TS4. Is there a way that I'm able to "incorporate" those kits into my current install of TS4 that I have through the EA app? Or are they essentially useless to me?Cats & Dogs pack and Cozy Gamer Kit missing.
I logged into my game and saw that my two of my purchased add-ons were not showing up in game or in the EA app. I have tried clearing the cache, repairing the game and many other possible solutions. They are also not showing up in my order history even though the transaction is shown in my debit card's history as complete.
Sims 4 crashing, particularly in CAS
Hello everyone, My wife and I have been having an issue for a while now, despite having built a brand-new pc and starting from scratch. The problem is that The Sims 4 will crash, regardless of which mode we are in. It happens most often when creating new sims in CAS, but it also happens while in build mode and live mode. We have not used cc or mods for some time now. We have tried switching back and forth between DirectX 9 and 11. We have also tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game clean, we've tried reinstalling the base game and reinstalling each pack, expansion, and kit one at a time to find an issue. We have also removed the sims4 folder and reloaded the game with a totally clean slate, Nothing seems to do the trick. We've gone through tons of threads trying to find a solution and come up with the same results to varying degrees with the game ultimately crashing. Any advice is greatly welcomed. I have attached the DxDiag report for reference.
