sims 4 kit claimed for free from marketplace does not show up in ea app
I bought sims 4 base game and other dlc from steam and yesterday I claimed a kit which is free for limited time from sims 4 in game marketplace does not show up in both steam and ea app dlc list can it is showing owned in sims 4 in game marketplace but not in steam or ea app dlc list can somebody help me.Sims keep glitching and cancelling queued interactions.
Hi, I am playing only the base game and recently I "purchased" the free Holiday Kit items on the marketplace. When i tried to use them, some items are alright, but some of them can't be used and said: "Failed to compute cost". I don't know why this happened and need enlightenment. That is problem no. 1. No. 2: AFTER the major update, I noticed that the Sims around my Sim are glitchy when they are standing still. When my Sim interacts with others, she will suddenly reset after every interaction. I queued up a couple of interactions, but they are quickly cancelled as soon as the first one is done. The Sims wouldn't sit and chat on the bench/sofa, or maybe they can't. The toddler interactions are also glitchy. The toddler was suddenly transported to the ground when they were being held by an adult. I tried again with a new Sim/game, but the problem still happened. Side notes: I already removed all mods and CCs, deleted caches, and repaired the game files. I don't know what to do. Should I repair the game again?

Expansion pack content doesn't appear in game
Hello, Last February, I purchased the pre-order offer for The Sims 4: Heritage and Royalty, which came with additional content such as the Classic Cinema Style Kit and Tea in the Sun. Since then, I have tried many times to download it, install it, and reinstall it. However, it does not appear in-game. It remains greyed out with the message: You do not own this expansion content. The missionary PNG does appear at the start of my games, so the game seems to recognize the content, but I have no access to any of it: clothing, objects, etc. The same issue applies to the kits. I paid for content that I have been unable to use for almost two months now. I was hoping that updates and reinstallations on my end would eventually solve the problem, but that still has not happened. I would also like to clarify that I only use official EA and The Sims 4 content. I have never used any mods, custom content, or anything else. What can I do? Can I request a refund if it still does not work? Thank you, Marion
Most Recent Update - Uninstalled My Packs
The most recent update uninstalled all of my ep and sp. When I go into the EA app manage content it shows all of my packs are installed. Right now I am repairing my game. When I go into the marketplace to the pack selection (as I had to last update because it uninstalled most of my kits and some of my most of my sp) I at least had the option to select the packs in the pack selection to add everything back in. However, this is not the case it just shows everything in uninstalled. I have only ever purchased from the EA app so I don't know what the problem is. Why have the last few updates uninstalled my content? This is more than frustrating. I should not have to sit here each update and have to hassle with trying to fix my game each time. I do not use mods or cc so I know that is not the issue.
Missing some Expansion Packs from my list as well as Game Packs also Stuff Packs
I am missing a huge chunk of these that I purchased. I know I have all the stuff packs yet it is saying I'm missing four of them. It says I'm missing 2 of the Game Packs yet one came out in 2016 and I know I purchased it and the other one is the Dream Home Decorator that came out in 2021. I'm missing Life and Death, Love Struck, Business and Hobbies, For Rent, Cottage Living, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Get Famous, Discover University, Get Together, Eco Lifestyle. I know I played with these packs, I've had vets, and the world that has green living on one side and University, I only haven't gotten the last two expansion packs as I haven't played in a while. I would like to get these back in my library. I refuse to buy them... again. Before it's suggested that I am simply logged into the wrong account, I am not. I've tried to find the orders and billing tab but there isn't one to be found. I have it set up through PayPal but I doubt their history goes that far back. I'm beyond annoyed.
