Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to graphics setting, change to fullscreen mode, and then change the video resolution that aspect ratio doesn't match to your monitor
What happens when the bug occurs? Stretched screen monitor
What do you expect to see? The screen monitor should never stretch
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
My monitor is 1280x1024. When I tried to change it to 1280x720, my monitor screen stretched because that and my monitor didn't match the aspect ratio.
even different resolutions I tried and still got the screen stretched. Unless I select a resolution that is 4:3.
DX9 is fine.
Graphics drivers are the latest update
