Unplayable Visual Glitch

I have a really bad visual glitch that I can’t even play my game, I’ve tried repairing, checked for viruses, disabled mods, restarting computer, updating drivers, and nothing is fixing it. I don’t know what else to do, my antivirus says I have no threats and I haven’t installed any mods recently to even get one. It just started today, even a game update didn’t do anything to help. I’m genuinely at a loss.
