Disabled Then Re-enabled DLC Wont Show Up In Game As Owned VIA Steam
I have the DLC through Steam. I disabled Dine-out and Bust the dust to try and make space. When I found out that the save file would corrupt without it. So, I re-enabled Dine-out but the game refuses to acknowledge that it's installed. I disabled the DLC and re-enabled it again, followed by verifying the games files through the games properties. Even after I wiped my games saves. I wiped the game completely at one point and it still wouldn't register that I have it. Steam said this was a EA issue rather than a steam problem. The local thumb cache gets deleted every so often, is there something else I'm not doing? What do I do??

Sorry for the late response. Are the two DLCs still not showing as owned in-game?
When you access Marketplace > My Collections, do the packs appear as 'deactivated' or 'installed' there, or are they absent entirely? If you check the folders where your DLCs are downloaded, are there folders named SP22 (Bust the Dust) and GP03 (Dine Out)? If the folders exist on your device but are stored in a different location than the other DLCs, please follow the instructions here: ⚙️[PC] [Mac] Sims 4 Missing Content (DLC).
