dlc instaled does not show up in game.

@maxx145 That looks fine. First, please make sure that your purchase went through. Go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of the purchase: Completed, Processing, or Failed. The latter two would explain the issue.
If the purchase shows as Completed, make sure the EA App and Steam are closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager. Go here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4
And delete the EP06 folder directly inside. Then clear the EA App's cache (again, if you have already):

Restart your computer, download the pack through the App again, and see whether its content loads in-game.
