dlc instaled does not show up in game.

I bought famous dlc on ea app a few days ago and I got the sims and most of my other dlcs on Steam and the first day it was fine but after it did not show up in my game and its not on my DLC list so ...

    @maxx145  That looks fine.  First, please make sure that your purchase went through.  Go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of the purchase: Completed, Processing, or Failed.  The latter two would explain the issue.

    If the purchase shows as Completed, make sure the EA App and Steam are closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager.  Go here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

    And delete the EP06 folder directly inside.  Then clear the EA App's cache (again, if you have already):

    Restart your computer, download the pack through the App again, and see whether its content loads in-game.

@maxx145  Please run a search in Windows for EP06 , which is the folder for Get Famous.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP06 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
