Does sims 4 run on D drive?

Hi,

I wanted to know if my game will run okay, if my Documents folder (with mods/saves etc) is on D drive but I'l install my game on C drive? Because my game is installed on D drive right now but it's not running smoothly at all.

It may run a little better if the C: drive is an SSD and you install the game there. It will have no benefit to move your Documents folder unless you are low on free space.

I did move my Documents folder to D drive because of the space issue. But what's strange, is that my game was installed previously on D drive and it was running quite well. I had to uninstall and install the game again because one day for some reason I was asked to install the legacy edition and repairing the game didn't work. And after installing it again it stopped running smoothly.

Yes, it's installed on D drive again and this time it doesn't run smoothly. Should I try and repair the game?
