download problems

Good morning, I recently purchased to kits for Sims 4. The first one was Sweet Allure which I bought last month & I bought the kitchen clutter today & neither add-ons are not available on my Sims 4 game. It said it was downloaded through the EA but I never seen an introduction for either add-on. I shut my lap-top down completely & it still is not available. Please help. I do not think it id fair that I purchased these add-on kits to play my game & if you check my account, I am a loyal player. Check my account, I purchased both of them with my cash app card. I need help with my downloads please
