Downloaded Sims not showing up in game
As the title says I can’t find the sims I downloaded in my game. I made sure to put the tray files in the tray folder and the cc in the mods folder. I can see the files in my mods folder in game and I also allow custom content and script mods and I still can’t see any of them in my library and yes I do check the box to include custom content in my library still nothing. I even tried downloading sims from different creators they still don’t show up. I’ve downloaded rooms before and I’ve had no problems with the tray files and CCs they showed up normally in my library and in game. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Please anyone help!!
axx_ruth13 Are the sim files directly in Tray? The game won't read them if they're in a subfolder.
Please also make sure you're adding the files to the Sims 4 folder the game is currently reading. This location can change for system-related reasons, so please double-check even if you're sure. Here's how:
