duplicate delta files

hi, for some odd reason i have all my appropriate folders in delta but outside of that I have the folders for the packs I do own? If i delete a duplicate it uninstalls the said pack. any help?

Everything is ok with your Sims4 files in the installation folder, you don't have to delete anything.
