Duplicate Outfit in Change Outfit Option

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, City Living, Outdoor, Vintage, Get Together, Spa, Laundry, Kitchen, Movie, Patio, Backyard, Garden
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This bug only occurs one of my sims - Blanchard. Select change outfit and there are duplicate outfit in certain outfit type (everyday, formal, hot weather). I did not create two outfit in each category and I have never installed mods. I have tried repair the game and move the household. But none of these could fix the problem. It is annoying when my sims changes clothes after shower and wear the duplicate outfit I don't want.
