tethighs Rather than launching Sims 4 directly, try signing into the EA App first, using the correct account. If you don't want to have to do this, clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and then login once more with the correct account.
