EA App is crashing my entire computer!

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear that your PC is crashing when launching the EA app. That sounds really frustrating. 

I see that you posted this a couple of weeks ago, but didn't get any replies. I'm checking if you still need any assistance with this issue. If so, could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far and whether you're getting any error messages?
