@bluemystral and @DADIS43  Please create an EA App error report, as described here:

And post the report ID here.  I've flagged this thread as well.

If you have time and access, I'm also curious whether this happens on a different computer.  You wouldn't need to actually download the entire game, just see whether the download started at all.
