EA App saying I don't have a launcher installed

I launched the game yesterday and played successfully. However, the EA app is now saying I don't have a launcher installed to open my game and need to download the Epic Games one. Doing this did not work and I couldn't launch the game from Epic either. Uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app made no difference. I've put 1000 hours into this game. Please please help.

It sounds like the live support team will need to manually re-add the base game to your account- here on the forums we aren't able to look into this as we don't have access to your account details.

Please reach out to live support from the help site here so they can look into this further, I'd also recommend attaching this forums conversation when you reach out so the team has additional info to reference.
