EA doesn’t create an ‘Electronic Arts’ folder when I install the app or any game

Hey @lucylelaenn,

What games are you installing? Not every game makes an Electronic Arts folder in documents. Off the top of my head the Sims 4 makes it, but having a folder there isn't exactly a requirement, and if it is needed they'll make it as they need to.

    Yes I’m trying to reinstall the Sims4.

      Maybe a silly question, but have you run the Sims 4 after installing it?
