I just downloaded several Sims 4 expansion packs and more off the EA app store. I installed all nine items I purchased. Some of the new content shows up but others, specifically new worls/town maps, don't allow me to interact with them in any way. If I pick the town, the screen just shows white and I can't do anything but exit the game. I've already tried repairing, so what else can be done to resolve this?
spz876 Does this happen in a new save too? If not, did you ever load these worlds and perhaps place a residential rental there?
Please also test your main save with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress.

Building-wise, everything shows up, but whenever I'm on the Home Worlds Screen, ready to choose a world to access/build/play upon/within, TOMARANG, CUIDAD ENAMORADA and RAVENWOOD do not work at all. If I were to choose either of these maps, the screen goes white, the Worlds icon in the upper left is there but unusable/unclickable and the upper left menu buttons are there but the only way out is to exit to main menu or the game completely.
@spz876 Can you select the worlds but not load them, or do the worlds not show up at all? A few (Selvadorada, Batuu, Granite Falls) are vacation worlds, not available as a homeworld.
The white screen is typically due to a version of T.O.O.L., although other mods can cause it as well.
For anything else, please list the world(s) that are missing. Please also look for the rest of the packs' content in-game and let me know whether it's loading.
