I have been having trouble adding CC to TS4 and i had read somewhere that the mods folder only works in C dirve. But i have somehow moved my electronic arts folder into D drive and now i can't move it back. When i click on the folder and click the 'Move' option to move it back into C > Users > Username > Documents then reopen the game the mods still don't work and a new electronic arts folder pops up in D Drive.
What have i done? Please help!
By default the user folder is in Documents. That does not mean that the Documents folder can not be placed somewhere else and using a symbolic link you can also have the Electronic Arts folder outside of Documents However you should know if you have done that as it is not that simple to do. You say that if you remove the EA folder and start the game it gets recreated that means that this is the location the game uses. Your CC goes in Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods.
