@ricardoolialv Rather than reinstalling Windows, try a repair install, which is somewhat less thorough but also doesn't delete any of your data. Here's how to do it:

If you get to step 13 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.

puzzlezaddict I took this way as you suggested but believe or not it doesnt works, I got a fault after the end of the procedure.
It says the installationd faulted on phase FIRST_BOOT with an error during the operation SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE.
I see the Windows reinstalling is imminent.
Sorry the language is portuguese :)
