iliekponiez These DISM and sfc results are exactly what you want to see. The Crystal Disk Mark results are on the slow side, but if you're not seeing any performance issues in general, that's okay.
I've seen at least one other report of the game crashing on these same lots, and I believe another performance issue tied to one of the lots, so there may be something about the lots that doesn't work properly. But two reports isn't enough of a pattern to be sure. One thing I did notice though about these examples is that they've all been happening on laptops with an integrated graphics chip and an Nvidia card. That may not be a pattern since it's a common configuration, but it could be relevant.
On that note, please force your computer to use the Nvidia GPU when running Sims 4 all the time. It should do so anyway, but it's easy to force. First, open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings, click Browse, find TS4_x64 on the list, and choose the high-performance option. Then right-click the desktop, select the Nvidia Control Panel, choose Manage 3D Settings > Program settings, find ts4_x64 on the list, and choose the Nvidia GPU.
And make sure your laptop is ALWAYS plugged in while you're playing, or at least tell me if you happen to unplug it and a crash happens afterwards.
