Eco Lifestyle Maxed all skills on its own.

I was playing the new expansion and my teen found a bed in the dumpster. That's great she is homeless. I placed it on the community lot in Port Promise and had her go to sleep in it. When she woke up all the sudden she got every skill you can learn. I entered in no cheats, nor do I have any mods installed. Can you please tell me what caused this to happen. Now I will have to start over, I can't have her knowing everything and being homeless.
