I recently got a new PC laptop windows 11 and re-installed all the packs and stuff I had from old PC laptop windows 10. The edge scrolling feature doesn't work, so doing anything with the game is terribly frustrating. Please say you have a fix for this problem. In game options both sims3 and four cameras are checked.
KB211943 Are you saying you tested the Sims 3 and Sims 4 camera modes, or that both options are checked at the same time? If it's the latter, please test them separately, quitting the game and reloading after you switch.
Please also test in both fullscreen and windowed modes.
And let me know if you see any other problems with the camera movement in-game.
