Elope immediately interaction not working

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.73.57.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Star Wars and Paranormal stuff and kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By having two engaged sims try to elope immediately with each other.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I use this command, the music plays for about 1 second and the sims start the interaction but then the interaction cancels and the music stops.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the sims getting eloped.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I started having this issue after the newest patch at the end of April 2021.
