Empty Authentication Token

I have never had any issues with the base game before I added 2 DLC's to my game, Outdoor Retreat and Cottage Living. After the installation, I get a message, "There was an error retrieving the authentication token from the server. Give it a few minuets before trying again." I made the purchase on 2/2/26 and I have been trying everyday since to open the game be keep getting the same message on Steam and the EA App. I  tried deleting and reinstalling the game but still cannot locate the required token.
