I preordered Enchanted by Nature and it has not downloaded. It's been a WHOLE day!!! What can I do?
Hondros22481 Do you see the option to download the pack in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If so, click the Download button. If it shows as already installed, or it doesn't show at all, let me know.

Community ManagerIs the pack showing as owned in the EA app? Please clear the cache for the EA app using these steps, let me know if you can download and access your pack then.
It say's download to use but it won't download like it usually does.
It's the same thing happened to me its in my library the enchanted by nature pack says new but when I go on the pack I'm seeing the price. I restarted my laptop it's not working I cleared my cache, reinstalled the sims4 and I also restarted the EA app and it still not working I sent a report because I don't know what to do this is the first time this is happening to me😕

emmaslove19 It listed all the packs I've added and there was Enchanted by Nature at the top of the list with the word "download" highlighted in blue!
