    Sorry if I reply to my last post, but I solved the problem of drivers and I don't know how to proceed now. The game still doesn't work.

    EDIT: searching by the internet I've found on "sims forum" brizbe95 that simply "repair the game" from origin. Right click on the sims game in origin and click repair game. 

    Anyway, thank you to everybody who help me. 

    Have a nice work and continue to support customers as you do.

Can you help me?

I can't start 'the sims 4'. The game is already installed on my computer, but I can't play the game. If I push on the button 'play' it won't start, there comes a problemscreen on my computerscreen: [0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:0000012d:912c9c10] .

I have a 'HP Pavilion g7'
