Error 500?

So I just started getting this error message on EA when I open the app, and I can't load my game up. I've tried everything: clearing the EA cache AND DNS cache, ending background service on Task Manager, repairing the app, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still nothing. I'm more than frustrated since I've been doing this since 6 o'clock in the morning trying to figure something out. Help

    This forum is still new and doesn't have an EA App forum, so support and info gathering for App-specific issuesare still only at AHQ.

    Having said that, it's always helpful to try a different network.  For example, if your computer has wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network.  It shouldn't take much data to login to the App, and you can then put it in offline mode if you're worried about it eating into your data allowance.
