@h71m7x35dpzi Really need some background. Did the game ever work on the computer your using? Is your computer a pc or mac? Do you have the Sims 4 demo installed? Is your base game a Steam version? What antivirus are you using?
it did work but all of my lots were unplayable and showed an orange warning sign so i customized all of them. that could be related. i have a pc. no demo. my base game was installed from ea. i dont use an antivirus anymore but i dont really use my computer for anything other than games or homework so i dont think it could be a virus.
@h71m7x35dpzi Do you see the orange exclamation points in a save that's never seen mods? I ask because it's a known issue:
It can be mod-related too, so if you only see the problem in saves that previously had mods, that's probably the cause.
The question about an antivirus was more about a third-party program potentially blocking Sims 4 or its access to the user data.
