When I try to load into my family on one of my saved games, I get an error that says the family was unable to load with an error code starting with 131 followed by a lot of numbers. Does anyone know how to fix this error? Thanks.
are you using any mods/cc in your game ?
If not, could you please post a screen shot of the error you're getting ?
that error hppened to me today.
No CC, no mods.
I wanted to switch from one household to another.
As you can see I was close to entering the household.
I moved the family out and could then enter the house in build mode.
For now the family is playbale in their new home.

Zip up the save, upload to some file sharing site like oneDrive, google, mediafire and PM me the link.
I can replicate your error but I kinda don't know what's causing is as I don't think it's the house (you can move the family out and move another in and it's fine and since you said you can play the family in another home it also doesn't seem the family but the combination fails.
I'll forward your save to QA.
