Screen turns white

I can start the game or be in the middle of playing it when all of the sudden the game crashes and turns "WHITE".  This appears to be happening more frequently especially after purchasing the Sims 4 Royal  Masquerade Bundle.  

I would attach an attachment for this but considering it's going to show a WHITE screen, it is completely pointless.   

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  Could someone from EA Games please assess this situation and resolve it?  Thank you

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • If you're on PC (there's a known issue with white screens), please post your Computer's DxDiag
      • Press Windows-Key + R
      • Type: DxDiag
      • Click on Save all Information.
      • Attach the Text File to your post

    I'm Experiencing the White Screen also, have to restart the Game alot.

    DonnaT2020​  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows the driver for your computer's graphics chip is from 2020.  So please update it.  This is the newest driver available from Intel that's compatible with your hardware:

    Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart the computer afterwards and before trying to play.
