Hello. For about two weeks now I can't get the game to load past the main menu. I click resume game and an endless loading screen appears. I don't have any mods. I've tried everything. I've restarted ea app, i've cleared the app's cache, I've repaired the game, I've deleted it and redownloaded it. I'm on PC. Nothing works.
JiHaeSoo Does using Load Game work? Please try loading a different (previously unplayed) household within the same save, and a household in a different save. It's possible that the only issue is loading into your main household or the one save. If you don't have other saves to test with, create a new one.
If other saves work, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this save, and if and when it doesn't work, look for a new LE. If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.
If you can't load a new save either, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
