@sn_konvur Please try the steps in this post:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/unable-to-start-initialization-error-at-startup/
Start by adjusting the Controlled Folder Access settings, and if that doesn't help, set exceptions for Origin.exe and TS4_x64.exe in your antivirus software. Then try the other suggestions.

@sn_konvur If you're still interested in trying, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

updated sims 4 in origin, fixed it, delete c ++ packages and
I reinstalled, it didn't work, I deleted and reinstalled sims 4, scrambled a lot of regedit folders, deleted and refreshed dozens of dlls ... this is really just sad now. I ran the dxdiag you said, I don't know if it will work, but I'm adding the file here. thank you. I wish it was resolved now, I missed my sim son.- puzzlezaddict5 years agoHero+
@sn_konvur Which VC++ runtimes did you uninstall and reinstall, and which .dll files did you remove? Where did you get the replacements? There are a lot of sources for these files, and often a number of slightly different versions, so it's not always easy to find the correct one(s) you need.
