I bought a new pc and I'm trying to install The Sims 4 through Origin. Unfortunately this error keeps popping up and it doesn't allow me to proceed. Anyone?

I did all day searching how to solve this problem.... I bought Sims 4 + expansion packs + Sim City on another account....
When I'm trying to download the Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 another error says --
Microsoft visual c++ 2010 x64 redistributable has not been installed because: FATAL ERROR
WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
