Expansion pack issues - Licensing?

I have recently wanted to get back into playing The Sims 4- I had issues in reclaiming my EA and STEAM accounts prior to this as I haven't played in few years and during this time, both my EA and STEAM accounts were hacked into.

I have managed to retrieve both of my accounts successfully, however, upon loading into The Sims 4 all of the previous DLC packs I had purchased in the past are not accessible and state I need to repurchase them.

I have purchased a large amount of the DLC's and spent what I can only guess as being hundreds spent in doing so- the frustrating thing is I can see these purchases in my purchase history with how much they each cost and when I purchased them. These are listed on my Origin and EA from around 2022.

I don't know of this is a licensing issue or what else I can do to get access to what I have already purchased.

    Hey CharlotteWoodhou

Sorry to hear that your accounts were compromised in the past. If you haven't already, please complete as many of the steps on this page to make sure your account is secure. It'd be worth doing the same for your email and Steam accounts as well.

Do you have any alternate accounts, or have you merged EA accounts before in the past? Most of the time, players lose access to packs because they're registered with a different account from the one they're signed in to. If you do, I'd recommend signing in to that account or trying another login method to see if the packs appear as owned.

If not, you'll want to contact live support and have them take a look into the account with you to see what the issue might be. Unfortunately, we can't discuss account details here on the forums, so please do contact support if you haven't already.

Let us know how it goes, thanks!
