It’s July 2021, haven’t played since beginning of year, and now all my expansion packs are showing as unowned. Please fix this. I’ve been playing sims 4 since the game released.

I am having this issue too and I own everything except the vaccum and loft kits.

    I restarted my computer and it finally opened and had all my packs.
