Expansion pack not working

Hello, 

I got a bundle with Get to Work, Spooky Stuff and Realm of Magic and it's telling me they've downloaded on the EA app but I can't get any of the content in the game. I've tried removing and redownloading with loads of restarts but nothings working :(
