Expansion Packs not in App

I haven't played Sims 4 in a while, but the other day, I started again. I had to redownload my game and update it. However, not all of my packs re-downloaded. I got First Time Pet Stuff and Romantic Garden I think through events where they were free (I don't remember getting the Romantic Garden Stuff, though). I realize that I need Pets to play First Time Pet Stuff. That's not a priority right now.

The problem is that the other packs I bought aren't showing up (Laundry Stuff, Seasons, Get to Work, Cottage Living). They aren't showing up in my purchase history, but they are in my computer files (EP01, EP05, EP11, SP06, SP12, SP13, and SP14) and in the most recently played game. What is happening? I have tried repairing the game. I have tried moving the expansion files somewhere else, repairing the game, moving the files back, and repairing it again. Nothing has worked. The only option on the EA app is to rebuy the packs, which isn't fair since my game file shows I had them previously.
