Extension packages on old account

LiliGetz  To be more specific, you can't transfer packs between accounts.  However, you can ask an EA customer support rep to merge two EA accounts if you can prove you're the owner of both, which usually means being able to login to the email accounts attached to each one.

You'll need to use live chat (not email support) in order to have your accounts merged.  If you're not seeing the option, choose a different category of issue.
