Severe lag when starting game since last update

Ever since the last update just after Bridgerton, my game has been completely unplayable. It lags so badly, from startup all the way until I close it. I have tried removing mods, packs, DLC, etc. Nothing worked. I have also uninstalled it completely and did a fresh reinstall three different times with full system restarts. My graphics card is an NVIDIA 4090, and its drivers are all up to date. I also selected the option to force the game to use the graphics card and not the automatic/integrated graphics. I am at my wits end with this. I can't play at all, despite having no issues at all prior to the update even with a bunch of mods and all the DLC.

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    • Press Windows-Key + R
    • Type: DxDiag
    • Click on Save all Information.
    • Attach the Text File to your post

    CheshireDear​  You were on the right track with the graphics driver, but it's the AMD driver that's missing.  (In many laptops, the drivers work together to render what's on the screen.)  So please install the driver Asus offers for your laptop, under Graphics > Show All:

    If the site asks you to confirm your BIOS version, it's G733PY.

    Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart the laptop after installing and before trying to play.

    If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
