2003753272025 Thanks for the dxdiag, which makes the issue clear: your laptop's graphics chip has been disabled, so the system and Sims 4 are using the basic display driver, which is much less effective at graphics rendering. The iGPU may have been disabled somehow, which is easy to fix.
Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand the Display Adapters category, right-click the AMD Radeon entry, and enable it, then restart your laptop. If you get an error, please post a screenshot. If this doesn't help, reinstall the graphics driver Lenovo provides for your laptop:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards (again) and before trying to play.
