Player_6brsaewo Please restart your computer, clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
load the game, and see whether any content from the new expansion shows up. That includes the world and also CAS and Build/Buy items.
Please test with your Mods folder removed if you use any mods or custom content at all.

I have the CAS and Build/Buy items. The world does not show up for me to click on to enter. I have cleared the cache, etc.

Have you tried removing your mods folder yet? I was having the same issue and that worked for me!
Player_6brsaewo Did you test without your Mods folder? If that helps, the next step is to test your mods to see which one is causing the issue.
If removing the Mods folder doesn't help, try a new save, for comparison's sake.
