Hello.

The Gallery should be working now. You shouldn't have to re-install anything.

Did you reinstall origin or the Sims? Sorry, I'm very new at this.

    I cant access the gallery at all. I tried on the Sims 4 website but it says to sign in even though I'm signed in.
