[FIXED] Game Crashes after November 2020 Patch - READ FIRST POST

The audio crashing have now been fixed on all platform which is why I'm closing this thread so folks that still have issue can get individual help.

Hi there, I recently (last night) purchased Sims 4 with the Cats & Dogs expansion, but was later gifted the University, Seasons, and Toddler Stuff packs.
All this to say... lots of money was spent for a plethora of crashes. I crash probably every 30-45 minutes with no error at all. I have been researching this over the course of the past 3 hours trying to find a solution, but most people narrow it down to "your computer isn't good enough" or "your computer is too good" and none of the mentioned solutions have helped me, so I'm creating my own post. I have attached the crashes.rar showcasing any and all lastCrash_xxxxxxxx.txt files, Config.log, and DxDiag.txt for troubleshooting.
Things I have tried:
The "repair" option in the Origin client
Disable Origin in-game
Wipe the Documents/Electronic Arts folder and use a fresh save
Use borderless window mode
Restart computer
Update Windows
Update graphics drivers
Use lower-quality settings
Start with a clean boot
Make sure the game is set to 64 bit
Clear cache
This installation has not and probably will not contain any mods or CC, only the purchased DLCs.
The DxDiag should provide specs but for quick access I will also provide general specs below in a spoiler.
