Does the game show up properly in Origin and are you connected ?

I am connected to the internet and my origin account is also connected to the sims 4

Try deleting your Origin cache: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/

- 9 years agoThanks for the reply! Sorry if I appeared rude, I was tired and frustrated. I tried deleting the cache, and it didnt fix the gallery issue. I think it made my game a little faster though.
