Kez2miheart Sorry for the late reply. If you still need help, please update your laptop's drivers and other critical software. Everything Dell offers is here:

Start with the BIOS (yours is several versions old), then the graphics driver (just the Intel version), and restart afterwards. Then let the website install any other updates it detects are missing.
