I purchased the for rent expansion and it just won't install. I've tried repairing the game, reinstalling the expansion and reinstalling the game itself but it isn't working. Feeling pretty disappointed and don't even feel like playing the sims anymore.
Is there any way I can return this expansion and get my money back or am I stuck forever having wasted my money on something that doesn't work?
Voereo shuulinnn ImmortalEclipse Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your missing pack is deactivated. If it is, reenable it with the Pack Selection button.
If that doesn't help, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and remove UserSetting.ini, which stores the data for deactivated packs (and nothing else of value at the moment).
im having the exact same issue with growing together, i tried every file repair fix i could find in this forum from the same issue people had like a year and 3 years ago and literally nothing is working
