@Mixjungko There are lots of reasons fps would drop. Does fps stay low even after you quit and restart the game? Does this happen on a blank lot too, in one of the base game worlds? What about a new save? Are you playing in DirectX 9 or 11 mode, and does it help to switch? Here's how to do it:
