Free Will/Action Queue Glitch/Bug?

Hi community! 

Hope you're all keeping well during these unprecedented times! 

Right! So! I've installed Eco Lifestyle and ever since I've been dealing with this weird glitch. (I've attached a video below just to show what I mean as I am not the greatest at putting words to paper!)

Basically, I can have my Sim doing something so for example; when I first noticed this my Sim was using the Mailbox to vote on NAPs and afterwards the game started making the noise of actions entering the action queue, however this was rapid. I looked right at the bottom of the action queue (where it shows if the sim is standing, sitting etc.) and this was just flashing quick on and off. When this is happening, the sim loses all free will and cannot do actions for themselves. It's down to me, the player to choose what the sim does next and this will ultimately stop this until the sim is idle and standing still and it will start again.

At first I believed it could be a mod conflict so I turned off all custom content and mods including script mods and reloaded the game - still no different unfortunately. This has only happened since installing Eco Lifestyle and the new patch. This still occurred when I had updated the game to patch 1.63.133.1020. I have upgraded to the new 1.63.134.1020 patch and this still doesn't fix the issue. 

I can try resetting my sim using the testingcheats cheat and right clicking the sim and selecting reset object but this still doesn't fix the issue.

May I also add, this is a new game and not a previous save. 

I have tried repairing game in Origin - no luck. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the pack and I'm still faced with the issue. I have exhausted (what I believe to be) all troubleshooting options, so I now must turn to you guys! 

Is anyone else having this issue? I have checked on the Known Issues part but I cannot see anything relating to this? I have seen LilSimsie face the same issue on her Twitch stream last night?

    @Ash_KatyCAT  Unfortunately, I can't really see what's going on in your video—it's tiny and I can't resize it.  I think I understand what you're saying, but if I'm missing something, please upload the video to a third-party site and link it here instead.

    As a test, please start a new save in a clean folder, and try having your sim vote, and anything else you remember setting off this behavior.  Move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder, just test.  If you can't reproduce the error, please copy the affected save into the clean folder (but nothing else) and test again.  Let me know how it goes.
